Cozy, clean, restored family cottage by a stream and close to town
10.0We loved the location, the responsiveness of the hosts, the cleanliness and the coziness. We especially loved listening to the calming sound of the stream and the birds in the morning. We also loved seeing the construction story of the family, such a great effort. We were sad to leave in the end.
− The wifi could have been better (we wouldn't have minded except there was also poor phone reception there).
Idyllic
10.0The location was superb. The cottage was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The surroundings were wonderful. Waking up to the sound of the river was such a pleasure.
− WiFi strength is poor and only available when sitting at the kitchen table. It could do with a boost. However, it clearly states this in the information about the property.

9.0nice secluded spot next to the river, the house is beautifully renovated.
− Weak wifi - needed to stay in the kitchen to get it working. And I didn't need or want one, but NB. no television.
Beautifully peaceful break away!
10.0The most gorgeous, well-equipped cottage we’ve ever stayed in, we honestly wanted to move in! Delyth, the owner, was wonderfully attentive but also gave us complete privacy to relax and enjoy our holiday. The garden was beautiful, parking was easy and secure, and the river next to the cottage made the setting extra special. Inside was excellent, comfortable, and so thoughtfully put together. We really appreciated the little welcome gift, and the absence of a TV was actually a huge plus, it felt so refreshing to properly switch off. 4G worked perfectly for us too. A truly perfect stay!

10.0All the things and details were trested very carefully. All was so clean. Just amazing
A well appointed modern cottage.
10.0The setting was perfect. It was a 15 min walk into town. The sun shone and we were able to sit in the garden in the evening. The property was finished to a high standard and was the best equipped self catering accommodation we've stayed at. I loved the Portmerion dishes!! Despite the niggles below we highly recommend the cottage and if in the area would choose to return!
− Our niggle was the poor WiFi. At the kitchen table was the only place we could get cover. There is no TV and the only reason we would have used a TV was for Wimbledon. However, we watched it at the kitchen table on my iPad!
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
