1.0The location near Bromo.
− When we arrived, there was no one at reception. The motel was locked and bolted. We had to call the contact number listed on the motel's Booking.com profile, and a woman answered. After assuring us that they would open soon, she hung up. It wasn't early; we were tired and wanted to rest, and we had to get up early the next day to go see the sunrise at Bromo. When we were given the room key, it was in terrible condition, both in terms of cleanliness and bedding (see photos). The bathroom was also in terrible condition, with no water in the toilet. There were no clean towels or toilet paper. They had to go to the store to get it, which was another 15-minute wait. The shower had hot water for only 5 minutes, only for one of the two guests. There is also no mirror in the room (103) or the bathroom. The rest wasn't perfect: streetlights streamed into the room because the curtains didn't cover all the windows, and the road noise kept us awake. Don't stay at the motel if you can avoid it.
