Fabulous - thank you
10.0What a gem - just on the main road out of Ilfracombe. So quiet and well kitted out.
− Nothing - although it’s a little steep to get up to and a non slip bath mat would be a wise addition! There was no barbecue as had been advised, but no biggie!
Overall it worked perfectly for us as a family group
9.0Well equipped and the owner was super helpful
− It’s pet friendly and it showed - carpet not great for a crawling baby. Smelt of vanish and air freshener
Visit here, you won’t regret it .
10.0Everything, so comfortable, home from home, beautiful views out to the sea, parking right outside the house, and very close to the harbour.
− Cannot fault anything, and would highly recommend.
Perfect stay with friendly and helpful host who allowed us to check in early. Excellent facilities. Big comfy beds. Spot

Great family house for stay in Ilfracombe.
10.0Location was great with a 10 minute walk down to the harbour. Was able to park for free outside the property. Plenty of room inside.. Beds were comfortable.
A great stay for our family of 5 and dog.
10.0The sofas and beds were very comfy and the rooms were a good size. The big windows let in plenty of light and the views were great. The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived and access was simple. There was plenty of cooking utensils to knock up a meal for our family of 5. The layout of the house is good and we really enjoyed sitting in the large kitchen at night, playing some music and having a sing song. The lounge was nice and cosy, a great place to unwind after a day of walking. The house is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet has easy walkable access to the harbour and shops. EV charging (3 bays) was available across the road at the leisure centre. The Tesco superstore was less than 5 minutes drive from the property. Having the Thatched Inn, the Larkstone Café and the Lime Kiln Café on the doorstep was great for nipping out for a quick drink and bite to eat. Hele bay, just down the hill, is also well worth a visit with a small beach café and a nice pub, although the coastal path climb over the hill to get back is a real workout!
− Although only a very minor inconvenience, the parking was a bit hit and miss on the first day and we had to park around the corner from the property when we first arrived until somebody moved their car a couple of hours later. I think some dog walkers and leisure centre users choose to park in front of the houses rather than pay to use the leisure centre car park.
