2.0Staff absent for our reservation. We arrived 1030pm. Check-in allowed until 11pm. Knocked on door, rang the bell, called the hotel, no answer for 1 hour. Left us stranded. If youre visiting from another country and depending on them, do not go, you might get stranded.
