2.0The space into the room
− People were coming and going from the building unchecked, even though there were security cameras. Strangers entered our room three times without knocking or offering any apology. The staff's solution was to tell us to lock the door, but we only had one set of keys, so that was impossible. We paid for security that we never received.

− The internet is terrible! It's shared by the whole building, and it goes down for hours at a time. Every time a plane flies by, it goes down. I don't recommend it if you work from home.
