It might be a great holiday house for friends/families groups after few adjustments are done.
7.0Nice location - good to have a bike to explore surroundings. House with a garden - convenient for families with children Vesnica as an owner was helpful to solve some issues that occurred during our stay (e.g. dish washer stopped working at the beginning of our stay and she came to wash dishes every day until dish washer was repaired)
− We didn't enjoy cat smell in lower apartment. There are loads of various things everywhere in drawers, on shelves etc. and it doesn't make a good impression neither it is a safe place for children. We got used to it in the end but it is not what we consider to be a nice holiday house for tourists. You rather have a feeling that you are a visitor at someone's house who still lives there. Bathrooms would need to be renovated (mildew, broken spray heads). Outside seating not usable, it easily toppled over everytime someone wants to sit. Grill included according to the description but we were not allowed to use it during our stay (not alerted in advance). Vesnica (owner) was willing to help with various issues, on the other hand, all the cons mentioned in previous reviews were still the issues during our stay as well. Once they are taken into consideration and will be adjusted, this place has a potential to be a nice place to spend holiday. Also, it might be mentioned in the description that there are two separate apartments in the house - each with its own entrance (and one bathroom in each of them, third bathroom is in separate building where the jacuzzi is).

− Lots of clutter and currently being lived in, no space on shelves for our belongings, not like the clean uncluttered pictures. A lot of drawers filled with broken & strange items left from possible previous people staying. Shower heads not attached to the wall which made showering un pleasurable. Seating outside easily toppled over, not sturdy at all. Ant problem in the top apartment
