Schitterende omgeving met fraaie uitzichten. We waren in een warme periode maar de ligging zorgt ervoor dat het ‘s nachts lekker afkoelt.

We loved our time here. A lovely, modern, spacious apartment on the first verandah level of the guesthouse. Comfortable, warm, well appointed and very clean. Lovely views out over the farm and town below. Quiet and peaceful. Hosts were warm and friendly. Our children loved the tour with the hosts to see the animals in the evening. A great base to explore the Black Forest, the location area and a day at Europa Park. Grocery shops a short drive away and easy to pick up supplies on the way home from sightseeing each day of needed. Hosts also offer the option to purchase farm-fresh supplies such as milk, eggs, juice etc. Would highly recommend.

Das war der beste Familienurlaub, den wir bisher erlebt haben. Auf dem Hof konnten die Kids spielen, Spaß haben, die Tiere beobachten und versorgen und sogar bei Regenwetter war der Aufenthalt wunderschön. Wir waren wandern und es gab so viel zu entdecken. Die Gastgeber sind so freundlich, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und schon den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht 💙 ein toller, familienfreundlicher Ort, um sich zu erholen.

Excellent apartment in village with country views

Brettental is one of many villages tucked into the hills of Freiamt. From the moment we entered the apartment, it felt like home. We met our son there for Christmas. A real Christmas tree with fairy lights and local biscuits were a wonderful surprise in the apartment. Everything was perfect - high quality, comfortable furnishings, homely touches, heating, large balcony, views. Fresh milk and eggs, plus local products are available at the farm. The spring water to the house is a treat. It is peaceful with walks from the doorstep, a friendly village decorated with fairy lights, two bar/cafes within a few metres (not sure if they serve meals). The atmosphere of Danielenhof is full of warmth and love. Thank you Christine and family for our wonderful Christmas stay.

The beds were comfortable, the apartment is really spacious, the towels and sheets were provided. We also checked in a bit late and it was not a problem.

− The apartment has no air condiotioning and there is no mosquito nets in the apartment. Because it was very hot we opened the windows only to be welcomed by the smell of manure. We also ordered some products from the farm that we did not receive.
