− Se reservó con mucha antelación, al llegar no nos dejaban entrar por q el encargado no tenía ninguna información , y… tampoco tenía teléfono . Se preguntó por el tema del desayuno incluido y me dijeron que tenía que ir a otro lugar como a dos kilómetros , pero que muy probablemente mandaban a alguien para preparar el desayuno en nuestro sitio, cosa que no sucedió, finalmente,nos quedamos sin desayuno, estando pago. La finca hotel no cuenta con personal que atienda el bar. No hay ningún servicio disponible de lo que se muestra en la App. La habitación estando limpia , muestra las paredes afectadas por humedades no corregidas, no hay poma en la ducha, y mucho menos agua caliente. No hay elementos de aseo en el baño diferentes a jabón. El chorro frío sale con mucha fuerza y se inunda el baño,
