A great property for large groups, excellent location & responsive property management
8.0Excellent location within walking distance of the main street, cafes & restaurants. Spacious layout with plenty of bedrooms, TVs & bathrooms for a large group. The firepit was great to sit around at night (we supplied our own wood) Property mgt team were very friendly, responsive and proactive in resolving concerns. When central heating failed, we had new heaters provided within 2hrs :)
− Kitchen could be better equipped & a guest info guide would be helpful. While we experienced a couple of maintenance issues during our stay, these were addressed promptly by the management team who were genuinely appreciative of the feedback and committed to resolving them. Overall we’d recommend this property for families or large groups visiting Orange.

− The heater didn’t work and it was winter so it was freezing cold inside

4.0Great location .. nice house... the whole house has nice interior
− The cleanliness... kitchen utilities like knives was not properly cleaned.. the hand soap at kitchen was almost empty.. The AC DOES NOT work in all of the room properly.. At one of the toilet the hand liquid was just filled up with water... Also the bbq facilities.. the gas cilyndwr was empty and i had to go to gas station for a swap and paid for it..
