9.0Location was perfect. The house had ample space for all.
− The garden was overgrown and the BBQ was unusable.

8.0Yes it was very easy to collect the keys as the villa is right opposite the hamborough where the keys are. We were a little late collecting but we told the hamborouh in advance and there was no problems.
− The villa was very spacious and clean, we had enough room for all 5 of us staying and all of our luggage and extra work bags. Having 2 keys was really useful to so we could split up for work.

5.0Brilliant location, sea views, spacious bedrooms.
− Lots of things were either broken or did not work and some basic things not provided. Car parking extremely tight. Garden overgrown when we got there. Staff generally sorted out most problems, but not all (eg scalding shower out of action for whole week, taps in downstairs toilet unfixed, not working). Only 1 key on arrival for 3 families, no salt or any basic things which aren't essential but when paying this much would be expected. Biggest other issue was strong smell of cigarettes coming from most likely people in basement property. To be fair to owners, we were refunded cost of breakfast we had one day as compensation.
A lovely location, clean bathrooms and bedrooms; perfect family holiday.
7.0Beautiful views from main bedrooms, close to beach. Towels and linen clean and fresh. Staff were exceptionally helpful.
− Very small and old TV. Smelt of smoke and living area soft furnishings and carpet were grubby.
