− The staff were not very accommodating (it was a public holiday and they didn’t work that day) when I rang requesting more bedding and towels as the dryer had stopped working. I was left feeling like a nuisance for calling the number provided.

Would be happy to stay again.
9.0The kitchen equipment including crockery, utensils, packaging, glasses etc were plentiful and made our stay more homely as a result.
