− It wasn’t very clean. Had to clean before settling in. We definitely left it cleaner than when we left.
Great Location. Big house & back yard. Would definitely stay again for pet friendly Accommodation.
8.0Stayed here during Christmas/ New Year. The location was amazing. On the right, a short walk to Wests Nelson Bay Club. On the left, a short walk to Shoal Bay. The house is quite big actually, and looked exactly as it is displayed in the photos. Air Conditioner is Split from memory and not great. It was hot when we got there but once you open up there's a nice breeze, so it was fine. Pick up and hand back of the key in Nelson Bay was also a breeze.
− Had some problems with the TV and the furniture was a bit dated and basic but it was priced accordingly.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
