− Room is full of cockroach and ac is not working perfectly
Value for money but should have been better
5.0Owners are very responsive and good. For the money, it is fine.
− One washroom is very congested and kitchen isn't as clean as expected as there were ants. In the hall, bed is not under the fan due to which is uncomfortable.

1.0The property was not visible at the sight. The phone number was switched off. Even after reporting this incident even booking.com didn't help us. Felt very bad and had to struggle a lot. I think I should stop using booking.com too... Customer helpline never connects and nobody reaches us back. I had dropped email as well. No response till now.

6.0We booked advik homestay..but owners directed us to a separate building...but they were gentle.
− We booked advik homestay but when we reached there the owner directed us to a new location some 500 metes away...we stayed there two days..
