Cosy and comfortable.
9.0How bright the property was and how much space it had, but there were only 2 of us and one dog.
− We were charged an extra cleaning fee but there were human hairs on the bedding and dog hairs on crockery. There was also a hole in the air vents in the living room.
This accommodation was a good base for exploring between Newquay and the Lizard.
7.0Large zip link bed which was why we chose Laity Vean Hideaway
− Bathroom floor! Also always a little unsure if the hot water would last for two showers or if shower tray would overflow. Booking.com gave us incorrect numbers of who to contact in an emergency!

8.0Walkable to Carbis Bay about 15 minutes through housing estates. Walkable to train station. £1 each to go to St Ives! Runs every half hour. 7 min walk to lovely restaurant. The Hideaway's conservatory is a real.bonus. Well stocked. Porth Kidney is such a lovely dog friendly beach. Jus
