Wirklich chillige Dachterrasse mit schöner Sicht auf die Bucht. Whirlpool nicht mehr neu, aber alles funktioniert.

− Die Objektbeschreibung und die Bilder passen leider oft nicht mit der Realität zusammen. Nein, es ist keine ganze Villa für einen allein wie angepriesen (siehe Bild). Unten wohnt die nette Mutter, die ab und an Besuch bekommt und darüber wird eine weitere Wohnung "Orangetree" über ein anderes bekanntes Portal vermietet. Ist grundsätzlich kein Thema, wenn es korrekt in der Beschreibung angegeben wird. Wie auch der nicht nutzbare Geschirrspüler. Vorhanden aber wegen salzigen Wasser nicht nutzbar (siehe auch Bild). Schon auch das Bild mit 4 kostenlosen Fahrrädern. Sind dann aber doch nur 2 je Wohnung und eigentlich sind alle kaum oder überhaupt nicht nutzbar. Eher ein Fall für den Wertstoffhof. Komplett verrostet und definitiv nicht fahrbereit. Das ganze Objekt "lebt* von der Dachterrasse, die Wohnung an sich ist maximal durchschnittlich und bedarf dringender Erneuerung. Schade, da hatten wir uns wirklich viel mehr versprochen. Ist ja auch alles andere als ein Preisschnäppchen....

La localisation la vue le jacuzzi sur la terasse la mise a dispo de paddle. La mer en 5 minutes de marche... et la gentillesse de lhote et de sa maman. Un vrai reve...

Ideal for people who appreciate the luxurious privacy of a nicely decorated and thoughtfully equipped private hideaway, with spacious terraces surrounded by orange trees with a stunning view from the rooftop terrace over Porto Heli. Ideal for trips to eg Spetses, Epidavros, Nafplio. Hot tub, free SUP - Boards, Kayaks, and Bikes in perfect condition. Owner extremely friendly and helpful in every situation.

− Important to know that the beach nearest to the house is not a real beach to lie in the sand, but a perfect place to get into the water for kayaking/paddling and swimming. Very nice and clean water. However, there are several other very nice beaches within few minutes drive (Kounoupi, Kovas).

A truly relaxing stay with beautiful views and magical sunsets!

Beautiful property with amazing views! Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need for a self-catering stay. Really good washing machine with plenty of drying space off one of the many terraces! Fantastic roof terrace with private hot tub! We loved to paddle board and kayak at sunset it was magical! A truly ‘get away from it all’ relaxing stay!

− I would say you really need a hire car to stay here - we managed without for our 5-night stay but it is a long walk to the supermarket!
