10.0Gorgeous 2 bedroom chalet with a very welcoming host. They cooked a delicious vegetarian dinner and breakfast for us, which included vegetables from the garden. One of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in.
− The 2 bedroom chalet doesn't have a lot of privacy. The bathroom has glass walls. There are curtains, but look closely at the pictures in case that might be an issue for your group. There are probably better rooms at Forest Glass Inn if you prioritize privacy.

Unforgettable Stay—Felt Like Home, But Better
10.0Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing. The owner was incredibly helpful—most people recommend booking guided tours through travel agencies for Zhangjiajie, but she explained everything so clearly that we were able to explore independently at our own pace. We absolutely recommend staying here! The rooms are very spacious and equipped with everything you might need. They even helped us with laundry, which is a lifesaver when traveling for a long time. The nature surrounding the hotel is breathtaking, and the views are truly majestic. Breakfast was beyond tasty, especially their homemade chili oil—it was unforgettable. Overall, a fantastic experience in every way!

10.0This little interlude in the mountains was, without exaggeration, one of the most wonderful moments of our trip to China! We were welcomed by two truly extraordinary women, in a traditional guesthouse nestled in the heart of nature. The setting is simply stunning, and the room was just as lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the complete disconnection, far from the noise of the city, did us an incredible amount of good. We dined at the restaurant every evening, and every dish was an absolute delight! Xiaomei is a remarkable woman: always smiling, kind, and incredibly helpful. Thanks to her, we were able to organise our visits to Zhangjiajie National Park with complete peace of mind. We leave with light hearts, filled with joy and deeply touched to have met such exceptional people.

10.0awesome secluded location but close to zhangjiajie national park entrance. great staff especially the owners - xiaomei and longwu, who gave excellent suggestions and advice as of what to do at the national park. staying in the glass box room was an enjoyable experience.
