− Locatie veche, nerenovata, mirosuri de la bucatarie intra in hol si camere daca nu se inchide repede usa, balustrade lipicioase, racitor nespalat, canaluzare defectuoasa, mic dejun slab si extrascump pentru ce se ofera.. Nu recomand.
