Good apartment but badly presented.needs some TLC.
5.0It’s a in a great location. Close to beach, cafes, pub,shops, etc. good off street parking. Limited ocean views. Very comfy Lounge chairs in living area. Nice big deck, but needs some re-nailing due to weathering.
− The apartment had not been cleaned and made ready for our arrival. A cleaning lady arrived that day and cleaned the place up. Discarded food container in bedrooms, beds in complete disarray, ding room table covered in dust. The net curtain in the main bedroom is shredded, in bits and needs replace immediately. The external windows in the main bedroom were filthy, they could hardly be seen through. A window cleaner came next day. The outdoor setting has chairs where the webbing has perished in the sun. One snapped when I sat on it. Overall the apartment needs a good clean, some TLC and a coat of paint would work wonders. Nothing wrong with apartment as such, it’s just not been looked after.
