8.0Appartement spacieux avec grande terrasse. Proche des commerces et de la plage. Stationnement facile en octobre.
− Appartement vieillissant. La robinetterie mériterait d'être changée et la chasse d'eau d'une des salles de bains était défectueuse. Malheureusement présence de pollen utircant en octobre.
