We stayed in this apartment for one month. The location is excellent and very convenient, with everything you need nearb
7.0What I liked about the apartment: The location was excellent and probably the best thing about this property. Everything was within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, cafés, and the marina. The area was very convenient, and we enjoyed being so close to all the local amenities. The apartment itself was also spacious and comfortable for a longer stay.
− What I did not like about the apartment: The sound insulation was very poor. There is a church nearby, and the church bells could be heard almost every hour, which was quite disturbing. The pillows were very old and uncomfortable to sleep on. The duvet was also old and had turned yellow. Fortunately, it was replaced after about two weeks. In addition, some maintenance issues were not resolved promptly.

8.0Good location. Nice to be able to get coffee from the Coffee House in the morning. The shower was very good.
− The Coffee House below the apartment was sometimes a little bit noisy but nothing that troubled us. The sink and bidet in the bathroom took some time to clear the water, no big problem but may want to fix that.
Enjoyable but not quite the relaxation we had hoped for.
9.0Comfortable and well located apartment. Helpful agents and owner. Fast response from the owner when we asked for a bread knife :) Great for our one month stay.
− Outside of the owners control. Renovation work on the snack bar below was intrusive, as was the work on the church next door. We booked because we knew that the bar had closed, it would have been useful to know about the work. The outside furniture was old and uncomfortable. Some of the windows did not lock. The washing machine door required attention. A cash deposit was required for any damages but the agents only do a check once each year, so how do they know who is responsible for any loss or damage? Toiletries and toilet paper was in short supply.

− Both bedrooms had mould on bedroom walls. Bathroom was dirty. Family got sick and all slept in sitting room together. A complete nightmare!
