The Vingius suite is an amazing location to stay in Ravello. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and all the sights of Ravello are within easy walking distance. The parking shuttle will drop you off very close if you tell them you are staying at the suite. The house is modern and clean with comfortable beds and strong WiFi. Guiseppe was an incredible host, very communicative and helpful with any questions we had about the house or the city.

− The house's communal area is the outdoor patio, which is lovely and overlooks a beautiful garden with incredible sunset views. However, if you are staying during a colder time of year or in poor weather, the kitchen becomes the main communal area. We had no issues with this even in cooler weather of October, and enjoyed use of the patio the entirety of our trip.

Location great, Property could do better

Host was responsive. Key collected from box after going through main access gate which has no lock. Location ideal to main square within a very short walk down some steps on Richard Wagner alley. There are cafes, restaurants and luxe restaurants littered and the church in the square to observe several weddings per day. Beautiful. Location is perfect. There are loads of bars, souvenir shops, a small supermarket, ceramic shops and ceramic warehouse. Beach about 45 min walk. Washing machine, dishwasher, air con, iron and board although iron board skirt needs to be attached. Quiet location. Gets hot in the day and good to have shade in terrace. Must visit the restaurants within the 5* and luxury hotels- hotel palazzo Confalone, Palazzo Avino , these are within a few steps from property. Santa Caterina and also hotel villa Cimbrone. They’re worth it. Best food ever.

− To get to house via a private road and taxi plate number required so to allow free passage. Unclear so driver refused to go further and had to drag bags to property. The facilities in property have seen better days. Great location but charges do not reflect the property. Property should be properly cleaned before paying guests arrive. 2 pillows in each room covered but the other 2, 1 cover turned inside out the other no cover. Very dirty. Unhygienic. Walls scummed - chocolate coloured stain in front bed room. Cannot work out tv in bedroom. Toilet seat needs to be fixed. Should have more than 1 wine glass. Had to clean hot tub as chucking out sludge and lime scale. Not maintained. Paying for location. The view from the terrace is predominantly an arch structure and garden of hotel nearby. To get sea view you walk through the arch or climb the terrace- see pictures. I climbed and step on terrace wall to get picture of sea view.

Location was great. It was a short walk to the square but had to climb a large set of stairs. (Not the venues fault)

− The toilet seat in the one bathroom was loose and broken. We were there for a wedding and there were no full length mirrors in the house for the women to check themselves. The heat in the hot tub they advertised would not come on.
