Considering the overhaul the property needs, it is very overpriced, more suitable for students

− Apartment not soundproofed Kitchen appliances not up to spec eg tap is loose, unreadable hob dials Deep clean needed in kitchen, cobwebs Security cameras outside the building and on the terrace were not mentioned in the description Inadequate air con Damp on one bedroom wall Washing machine rusty and difficult to operate and unsightly outside the property Offstreet parking very difficult to navigate even in a small car Little to no parking in the town 15-20 minute walk to beach and uphill on the way back which is not suitable for less mobile people

10.0Ausblick von der Terrasse war traumhaft. Anlage liegt allerdings etwas außerhalb, so dass ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich ist.
− Teilweise Sanierungsarbeiten erforderlich, aufgrund von Feuchtigkeitsschäden im 2. Schlafzimmer. Einrichtung allgemein schon leicht in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sauber.
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben uns schnell zuhause gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buche
8.0Der herrliche Blick auf das Städtchen und das Meer wird uns sehr fehlen. Wir haben täglich auf der großen geräumigen Terrasse gesessen und genossen. In unserer Küche war wirklich alles da was man braucht, vor allem viele Weingläser😍♥️ Die Betten bzw. Matratzen waren sehr komfortabel, gutes Schlafen ist für uns sehr wichtig. Viel Platz und der Stellplatz fürs Auto waren super. Wir sind jeden Tag sehr gerne nach Hause gekommen in Castiglione. Vielen Dank.
