10.0There are no superlatives to describe the beauty of Ca' di Fra, located directly in the citadel of Casalborgone, in the heart of the historic center. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and closets. My room had a beautiful en suite bathroom with a spectacular shower and was well stocked with soaps and cosmetics. If you stay here, you will be immersed in the precious silence of the Monferrato Hills, awakened by the crowing of roosters, pampered by the immense light and exquisite aromas of the Monferrato countryside. Breakfast, which consists of biscuits, coffee, tea, brioche, and high-quality milk, is a perfect match for the ancient and timeless beauty of the house. The kindness and courtesy of the hosts (who helped us find bikes, restaurants, taxis, etc.) is extraordinary. You are less than two minutes from the Casalborgone Castle if you stay here. We will definitely return.
