− Difficile rispondere a tale domanda, in quanto non saprei nemmeno da dove partire Iniziamo col dire che la struttura era altamente soffocante, le foto che vengono proposte all'interno di Booking, non corrispondono in toto al vero. La ventilazione è assente e a proposito di ciò, con un caldo umido del genere a Livorno, non si possono mettere 2 ventilatori scarsi che già è tanto se fanno aria. Inoltre, all'interno della struttura abbiamo trovato anche "mostri leggendari" che scorazzavano in giro, ma dettagli, magari fare un check-up e mettere del veleno in giro, non sarebbe male. Assenza di acqua. Si, esattamente, ma a quanto pare la signora si è dimenticata che la mia compagna è di Livorno e uscirsene con la scusa del "utilizzate l'acqua con parsimonia, ma comunque è il comune che gestisce la pressione e a un tot orario lo abbassa" ehm... No, non è assolutamente così. Anche perché (e qui andiamo al punto seguente), se vi è un problema NEL TUO APPARTAMENTO, lo scrivi, lo dici, AVVISI. Assenza di gestione. L' intermediario che si è palesato senza dire cosa facesse e perché, né tanto altro ancora, non ha spiegato letteralmente niente della casa. Ricordo che non siamo in Hotel, ma in un appartamento e sarebbe il caso che mi si dicesse per filo e per segno come funziona la casa.

Not my idea of a penthouse.

Tarek the person who greeted us was great. Good recommendations and very helpful. Easy directions from train and close to main shopping street. Bed was comfortable!

− The property was not what we expected. Very old, very bad smelling in the bathroom and definitely not a penthouse. While it could have been quaint it was quite old, cluttered and run down.

Retro romantic apartment, perfect for the summer holiday of a couple

It was the perfect apartment for the summer holiday of a couple. The location cannot be better, across the street from the best restaurant we tried in our entire 2-week stay in Italy and at the groundfloor, the best gelato. The host gave us a very warm welcome and great travel tips. It has a retro mood, it fits with the bohemic and romantic atmosphere of Italy in general. The house was equipped with everything needed. Something to keep in mind is that the ceiling is quite low in the bedroom, and as a tall person you need to be careful not to hit your head - but this is certainly not an issue. Although I was worried that being in the attic will make it really warm, it wasn't the case, and additionally, there are ventilators in the house.

Tarek met us, and was very kind and helpful. The location was fairly central and easy to reach from the station.

− Everything we could have needed was there, however the kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery wasn’t very clean and we had to wash it thoroughly before using it. The bathroom was clean, however there was a very bad smell that didn’t go away and made the bathroom unpleasant to use
