9.0A pochi passi da un mare splendido, casa ampia e confortevole, vista bellissima, spazio all'aperto per cenare, rilassarsi, vasca lavapanni e lavatrice all'esterno, quiete (eccetto la musica da discoteca del fine settimana).
− Andrebbero fatti alcuni ritocchi alla struttura un po' fatiscente nella zona giorno, compresa la veranda, e curati altri particolari.
We loved our stay here, great apartment in traditional older style and perfect location.
9.0Great apartment in charming old style, with beautiful tiles on the floor. Easy to access, with parking just outside the entrance. Walking distance to Castro Marina and the old city, with several restaurants and cafés. The apartment stays cool during the day and during nights we used one AC unit in each bedroom, which was great. If you need more, there is a third AC in the living room/kitchen. Large terrace with seating area and laundry. Well stocked kitchen, enough utensils to be able to prepare breakfast and dinner. Big rooms and big bathrooms. Nice view from the terrace. Easy to use the washing machine and hang the laundry on the terrace. Only a couple of minutes to Castro Marina, where we went for a morning swim and coffee and cornetto for breakfast.
− It would have been handy to include the instruction for the induction stove in the pdf shared beforehand. We booked 3 bedrooms, but there is only two. I asked the owners to change that in the description on the site.

9.0Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 in questa casa e si é presentata pulita, grande e molto spaziosa. La posizione é perfetta per raggiungere la spiaggia e vari ristoranti/bar. Gli host sono stati disponibili.
− Mi é piaciuto tutto, ma avrei preferito usufruire di lenzuola e asciugamani senza costi aggiuntivi.

9.0Casa enorme, spazi in abbondanza. Posizione strategica per il mare, se volete andare in centro meglio prendere l’auto. Accesso con il codice molto semplice.
− Presente piano a induzione ma c’era una sola pentola compatibile. Servirebbero delle zanzariere alle finestre.

10.0Casa molto spaziosa e fresca grazie ai vari condizionatori posizionati strategicamente. Bellissimo il terrazzo vista mare e la posizione dell'alloggio è centralissima. Il sig.Franco si è dimostrato molto disponibile per eventuali dubbi o chiarimenti. Ideale per famiglie e gruppi di amici
