− Nos toco una serie de eventos desafortunados donde no pudimos tener contacto con el dueño para reportar los inconvenientes. La propiedad nos la entregaron sucia, decidimos que no podíamos recibirla de esa manera. El propietario estuvo de acuerdo en cancelar la reserva pero nunca la tramitó ante booking. Cuando vemos que no sucedia la cancelacion nos presentamos nuevamente en la propiedad y vía telefonica nos fue negado el acceso a la propiedad. Inclusive a personal de booking les dijeron que no nos iban a recibir... yo no entendía porque esa seguridad de impedir el acceso a un huesped... el caso es que la configuracion de la plataforma en su propiedad, es reserva definitiva, sin posibilidad de cancelacion o reembolso. Esto le abre la puerta a manejar una infima calidad en su servicio. Aún que no estés de acuerdo la propiedad va a cobrar. Tengan esto en cuenta cuando reserven.

1.0− When we arrived, they didn't respond only later they told us they couldn't rent. We had to look for another place and still haven't got our money back. Very annoying.
