1.0The pictures and description of the property that I reserved online on Booking.com did not match with the property. I reserved a property with a bedroom and a living room. When I got there the property only had a bedroom.
− My biggest worry and concern was that there was gas alarm malfunction and I had to call the manager at 10 pm to come by and to see what is going on. She was not able to resolve the issue and we had stay there worrying that there may be a gas leak. Because of this gas alarm issue, we had to shower with cold water in the first night there- no warm water. Extremely dusty, I had to wipe down the whole kitchen- table and kitchen counter, in order to be able to feel comfortable. The manager came by and claimed that cleaning was done 2 weeks ago- impossible to be so much dust and finger stains in the kitchen in only “2 weeks”.
