Ruhige Lage und viel Platz.
8.0Die "Schlüsselübergabe" verlief problemlos und die Info zum Schlüsselcode zutreffend. Ruhige Lage ohne Störungen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Platz in der Wohnung für zwei oder sogar drei Gäste ist ausreichend.
− Die installierten Heizungen in den Wohnräumen - außer im Badezimmer - waren nicht funktionsbereit.

7.0geräumige Wohnung für 2 Personen. Optimale Lage für Tagesausflüge in alle Richtungen. Sehr bequemes Bett (1,6m breit) und geräumige Dusche mit richtig gutem Wasserdruck (das ist selten). Kontakt mit Vermietungsagentur schnell. Neutraler Hinweis: Die E10 ist stündlich in den 15min nach Tunnelöffnung laut zu hören, danach Ruhe. Aussicht aufs Meer nach ist nach Osten über Dächer hinweg. Außenbereich wegen Wetter nicht genutzt/bewertbar.
− Kein künstliches Licht im Wohnzimmer und Eßzimmer, wenig Licht in Küche vorallem über Herd nichts. Küche in die Jahre gekommen. Fernseher geht nicht. Heizkörper im Wohnzimmer/Eßzimmer geht nicht: Heizen via offene Türen von Schlafzimmer/Bad. Im Küchenschrank fanden sich Nahrungsmittel welche 4 Jahre über der Haltbarkeit waren. Die Toilettenbrille war eklig, nach 2 Tagen warten auf Hausmeister wurde sie dann ausgetauscht.

3.0Comfortable bed and good shower.
− Washing machine didn’t work and flooded the bathroom - staff came to HELP ! Greasy/dirty grill pans I would not use ! Cooker hood light not working! Freezer needs defrosting! Bird poo on balcony chairs ! Balcony chairs rusty ! Overgrown plants balcony could not sit out ! Unkempt approach to the property ! Needs a good Gardner !

8.0Nice and quiet place in a good location. Spacious and all basic stuff available.
− TV channels are not working but then again there is other things to do 😊. House should have a number somewhere so correct appartment would be easier to find. Also, the entry to the yard is in bad shape, you need to carefully check from where to drive that you dont get stucked.
