It’s a memory maker
10.0Overall this is wonderful place to stay in Pagosa Springs. When we first arrived there was an issue with the housekeeping staff not completing the turnover in time for our arrival but we texted the owner and he resolved the issue promptly. It did not in any way impact our vacation or how we felt about the property. The place is lovely. The enclosed back porch has a wonderful view with mule deer grazing about 20 feet away. Our old dog loved laying out there and just enjoying the perfect weather. Hot air balloons launch about 200 yards from the back porch with unobstructed views. The condo is walking distance to several really good restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and music revenues. It is also a short 3 mile drive to the historic downtown/river area with plenty of free public parking. The condo is spacious and well laid out. We highly recommend this property to couples and small families.
We enjoyed morning/evening walks with our dog and the nearby restaurants.
10.0The location was ideal - very quiet, yet a short walk into a small town center. A great central location for getting around the area. The unit itself was quite spacious, the two full bathrooms were ideal, and everything was clean and operational.

10.0The property is a 1-bedroom condo with a spacious living room and a small back deck with a lovely view of the mountains. It is close to many restaurants, grocery store and the main thoroughfare in town, but we never dealt with any noise issues. The mountain views are great and we spent time just relaxing on the back porch enjoying the quiet and the view. There is also a small dog park and lake within easy walking distance that we were able to take advantage of. We'd gladly return here.
Nice unit that could use a few improvements
6.0Good communication, easy check-in, spacious unit, nice view from the back windows, good location - could walk to stores and restaurants. Pet friendly.
− one toilet was out of order - host didn't call to check until second day of our stay and asked if he could schedule a fix. we didn't want to deal with repairs so we just used the second toilet; sheets had a strong detergent smell, heat noise was very loud in bedroom - not great for light sleepers.
