5.0Proximity to town....2 bathrooms and air-conditioning.
− No elevator so long haul up to the third floor in the extremely hot staircase. Owners came into the apartment whenever they wanted without notice catching us completely off guard - did not feel comfortable or relaxed. Parking was an issue - barely any spots so had to keep checking to move our car multiple times to avoid getting ticketed or towed. Though they promote air conditioning, i don't think the owners actually want you using it. The owner commented several times how chilly it was in the apartment and how they needed to empty the water bucket from the AC as it had been going on all night. Each time we returned after being out the AC had been turned off.

9.0Great spot, out of the chaos of the old town but a very easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was supplied, and the host was amazing - so lovely! You can tell she really loves Polignano which is always nice in a local host.

10.0El lugar es un departamento con comodidades, muy limpio, compartis c otros huespedes lugares en comun, tenes una cocina cómoda, balcon, el desayuno muy bueno, Rosa es una gran anfitriona, atenta a todo ! Excelente.
− Tener en cuenta si vas en auto a veces se pone difícil conseguir lugar en la cuadra , podes estacionar en la estación a 2 cuadras y si no podes subir escaleras es en el 2 piso.
Muy buena ubicación, desayuno solo aceptable.
8.0La vista para tomar desayuno es muy buena, la ubicación es excelente, caminable a todos los lugares de interés. La habitación es amplia y los consejos de la dueña son buenos.
− Las habitaciones son ruidosas, las TV demasiado pequeñas y antiguas. El desayuno es demasiado básico y sin muchas opciones.
