Een ruime nette woning met een prachtig uitzicht.
9.0Het huis is enorm goed uitgerust en ruim. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis voor het starten van wandelingen.. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep heel vlot en vriendelijk.

8.0Jde o zrekonstruované původně zřejmě hospodářské stavení uprostřed kopce s překrásným výhledem. Dům ma malou přízemní terasu, kde lze posedět i jíst, příjezdová cesta velmi pohodlná. V ceně ubytování je slevova karta na místní dopravu (zastávka budu přímo pod kopcem) a vstup na koupaliště v Maria Alm (nadšeně jsme 2x využili). Kuchyň plně zařízená, pokoje pohodlné, čisté, zařízení svérázné (nevadilo, spíš rozesmavalo). Překrásná příroda v okolí, možnosti malých vycházek i větších túr. Měli jsme krásnou dovolenou.
− Dům stoji uprostřed louky. Ihned po příjezdu nás navštívila sousedka a velmi energickou němčinou nas upozornila, že k domu patří pouze 3m louky kolem dokola, zbytek je její a my na něj nesmíme vstupovat. Vzhledem k tomu, že máme 2 malé děti, bylo poněkud nepříjemné je na tuto skutečnost stále upozorňovat a z louky je vyhánět. Inzerovaný mně mně venkovní gril má nejlepší leta dávno za sebou (přesto jsme klibasky ugrilovali 😄)

10.0Marvellous place! Beautifully located on a southern slope high enough above the main road that when you take afternoon coffee in the sun you never hear a car passing. Perfectly furnished kitchen with all appliances, big fridge and all the utensils you could imagine. The spring water in the tap is a particular revelation. It is simply delicious and much better than any mineral water available on the market. The location is close to many entrances to Konigstour, a wonderful six-mountain back-and-forth trail. It is also relatively close to the huge Leogang/Saalbach/Hinterglemm ski paradise. Kitzsteinhorn Glacier is also within reach by car. All in all, it is no doubt one of the best places I have stayed in during my 25 years of skiing in Austria.
− Just add a waste bin in a bathroom :).

10.0The accommodation exceeded my expectations. Perfect location, equipped kitchen, cleanliness, spaciousness, cosiness. We did not miss anything during our stay. Free key hands overing. I have nothing to add. For 8 people, the accommodation is suitable without limitations.
− Nothing to say. During too much snow probably accesible by using snow chains only. But we don´t need it.
