7.0Posizione ottima per raggiungere le spiagge del golfo di Orosei, ottimo il wi-fi, parcheggio libero nelle strade adiacenti alla casa, facile il check in e disponibile la proprietaria Valeria via telefono per dubbi o risoluzione di piccoli problemi.
− Se si utilizza solo per dormire e poco più, la casa è perfetta. Se si decide di usare la casa con i suoi servizi, alcuni sono migliorabili, in particolare la dotazione di utensili da cucina è un po' scarsa. Purtroppo le stoviglie erano sporche al nostro arrivo e in generale la cucina non era stata pulita correttamente. Immagino sia un episodio vedendo le altre recensioni, ma un po' pesa sul giudizio finale.

Comfort stay for a family
8.0Spacious kitchen, separated room with a washing machine, iron and a drying desk. Air conditioner is in each room. Located on a small quiet street.
− No parking in front of the apartment. No balcony space (only two chairs with a table right in front of the main door for 5 people family is not enough). All the windows are faced to a tiny technical zone 1x1m. There are two shower cabins in the apartment, but one of them is just in a corridor without any doors
