6.0The swimming pool, air conditioning in the whole apartment, the porch beside the apartment and the nice plants on the terrain.
− Very very very noisy apartment because of the above occupied apartment, old-fashioned furniture, filthy (unsanitary) kitchen and kitchen supplies, the wasps and the mosquitoes.
