Relax and beach life
10.0- host is fantastic and always ready to answer any questions - house is super comfortable for a group and it has anything you need - close to the beach (walking distance) - good value for money
Overpriced house and they do not even included Linen
5.0The position
− 1. Very overpriced house; 520 euros for 1 night WITHOUT even the linen.. which would have been an additional 10 euro per person so another 70-80 euros. Plus; if you do not throw away the trash they charge another 50 euros. 2. Host sent me 10 videos and a wall of text to understand instructions, house rules etc. When asked "how to do x?" he would reply "😅 didn't u see the video y"? -> No; I should not need to watch a movie to understand how things work when I stay just 1 night and pay more than half a thousand euros. Plus; basic instructions like wifi-password and door code were missing. 3. When we arrived the toilet was dirty and there was sand everywhere (which is understandable but not at this price) 4. Overall, the house is good and well-maintained for 250-300 euros (linen included). But at that price point; I expect much more in terms of services, quality of the kitchen, quality of the host etc.

Beautiful Costa Rei
6.0Close to beach, only 300meters walking. 4Bedrooms, normal clean, comfortable beds, place for parking the car. If you want to eat something, go to Rio Tamatete, best Food in the area. Is very quiet and we had a very good time there. I recommend the place.
− Communication Problems about the check out. We wanted to leave later but included a cost for a half day 200Euros. But Lorenzo said it s ok when we leave at 11.00 without extra cost Don t forget to ask about the late check out minum 1 or 2 days before. He ask to take the air conditioner from the house,very unpleasant to recibe a question like this. Upon arrival he ask to arrival later because of a late cleaning. The villa outside was not 100% clean. Garden needs more care. Charging 10Euros for Towels per Person extra, no Toilet Paper please bring youre own.
