10.0Posizione ottima vicino a spiagge libere e attrezzate, colazione migliore che in un 3 stelle (preparata personalmente e artigianalmente da Luca e diversa giorno x giorno), pulizia quotidiana delle stanze come in un 4 stelle, padrone di casa attento, gentile, professionale, affabile e ottimo cuoco, camera e bagno comodissimi e pulitissimi, location curata, parcheggio coperto, vista sulla campagna circostante rilassante.....tutto perfetto!
