2.0We arrived at the place on 26 March 2026. I was with my family, two seniors, 3 children (1 PWD). We arrived just in time for the check-in. We travelled from Cavite to Vigan just to learn that there was a blackout in the place, and their electricity supply is not enough to have an air conditioner in the room. We talked to them to refund the payments, and we will just transfer to the other hotel in the area. Actually, they understood our reasons and told us that we would be reimbursed, but the problem is that I have not received my reimbursement. It is very disappointing. I can't contact Booking.com either. I hope someone can assist us on this matter immediately since it's been almost three months. Thank you.

− The AC miserably failed to cool the room. The whole establishment suffers from mosquito infestation.
