9.0Great location with ideal layout for two couples. Kitchen is newer and well stocked. We slept well —beds are comfortable and neighborhood very quiet. Owner responsive and helpful.
− Bathrooms were clean but (if it’s important to you) they are not renovated and have water damage near shower door that is visible. However showers worked well and water was hot and strong.

10.0Perfect location in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do without having to fight traffic in uptown every time we went out. Close to grocery and restaurants. Very well stocked. Great set up for our family-kids stayed in the 2 bedrooms/bath on one side of house, parents in the master/bath on the other with common kitchen/living room in middle. While we did not use patio, beautiful views out back.
