− Mal e insuficiente equipamiento de loza, vajilla y mantenimiento de la cocina en general. La cocina funciona mal , las ollas estaban rotas , pocos cubiertos, pocos vasos. Solo 1 televisor funcionaba y en general era un departamento precioso, muy bien ubicado, pero mal equipado.
