− The experience was disappointing once we checked in after booking through an online travel partner (OTA). The attitude of the hotel staff changed noticeably, and they seemed least interested in helping us. For every small issue or request, the standard response was, "Please contact your OTA," instead of taking ownership and assisting the guest.
