absolute thiefs - should be blacklisted from booking.com
1.0they didnt give driver accomodation and didnt let him even stay in the car - so we had to leave - as we cannot be unkind to the driver - they did not refund
− absolutely unprofessional and liars - they said they will refund and then stopped taking our calls and denied refund to booking.com - and this was just within 30 mins of booking - when we spoke on call and realised the property was not fit for us

− Out of 8 rooms 5 rooms are on the G-1 floor, there was not much ventilation as those are underground, no backup was there for electricity as there was no electricity night to morning on the first day. There was not much variety in the food menu. The breakfast menu is not flexible as per choice,

6.0Cleanliness was top class. Location was very good. Staffs behavior was good.
− Food was below average. Space was very very less. If there are three person of a family are staying in that room,you can not move freely inside the room. Bed was small for 2 adults and 1 child.
