UTMOST WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE. NEVER BOOK THIS SO CALLED RESORT.
1.0THE STAFF IS VERY UNFRIENDLY AND UN-PROFESSIONAL. THERE IS NO RECEPTION COUNTER. CATS AND DOGS ARE ENTERING REGULARLY IN THE KITCHEN. NO OPTIONS FOR FOOD IS THERE. " ALL THE STAFF ARE DRUNK AFTER 6 PM." IF YOU ORDER A TEA THEN IT WILL COME AFTER 1 HOUR. THE SWIMMING POOL IS UTMOST DIRTY. THERE IS NO CLEANING OF THE POOL. FROGS AND OTHER INSECTS ARE FLOATING IN THE SWIMMING POOL. JUST BECAUSE I WAS WITH MY KIDS AND NO OTHER OPTION, I HAVE TOLERATED ALL THESE. PLZ DO NOT BOOK THIS SO CALLED RESORT OTHERWISE GO AND SEE YOURSELF. THE OWNER LIVES IN SHILLONG AND DOES NOT COME TO SEE THIS PATHETIC SITUATION. UTMOST WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE.

Expected better but disappointed. Not worth the money and not for tourists.
4.0Outside property is good. Inside rooms are very small and could be maintained well. Already permanent guests are staying over there. Swimming pool not cleaned for kids to use. Food was good and the staffs were kind.
− Distance is very far from city and for tourists not advisable as it’s outside Shillong. Cost is also very high coz you get better and bigger rooms inside city.
It was a satisfying stay. Enjoyed quiet surroundings.

9.0− The mattress would have been a little softer...It was hard. Rest everything was fine...great actually. The stay, environment and staff. Looking forward to going again.
