Great location, friendly staff, pretty hotel

Wonderful location, very friendly staff, pretty hotel with royal vintage vibes and comfortable room with cute balcony (with amazing view). There are good parking spots in front of the hotel and across the street, but they are all public parking spots with parking fee. Right across the street is the river and hotel is located right beside the Andernach Geyser museum. The staff were very friendly to arrange for us a table fan from the breakfast area as it was unbearable heat during peak summer.

− In the peak of summer with heat waves hitting 42°C, it would be great if tables fans are already made available for the rooms booked during these times. We felt bad as they had to arrange for it upon request (from the breakfast area) but we couldn't have stayed there with those temperatures. Also, felt like we were in Belgium or France with separated toilet without a hand wash ;)

Oude glorie aan de mooie Rijnpromenade.

Mooi ouderwets hotel, prima gelegen aan de Rijnpromenade. Ruime kamer met later ingebouwde doucheruimte. Goed ontbijt in de mooie ruime gelagzaal. In het centrum van het stadje.

− Ik was er net tijdens een hittegolf, er was geen airco. De kamer was versleten, het hotel had zijn beste tijd gehad. Of zat ik gewoon in een kamer die nog niet gerenoveerd was?

Beautiful on the outside. Very friendly owners, spacious room

− Misleading picture, there's a street in front. Noisy at night. No A/C which would be fine if there was a fan but there also was no fan so it was quite warm in the room.
