10.0C est un super petit hôtel situé dans un quartier tres calme pas loin du fleuve. Les chambres sont totalement rénovées et le couple qui est responsable de cet hotel est tres chaleureux. C est parfait pour une etape a Tulcea qui est une ville vivante et agreable avant de partir pour decouvrir le delta

Served its purpose for the delta tour
6.0The location was great very close to everything. When we arrived the door was open. The check in was very easy, the key was left in the door. And the air con worked extremely well.
− We unfortunately had no wifi which is really important to us when we travel. The communication was a little slow for us when we had questions and there is no sound proofing so on our second night we could hear the person across the hallway snoring.
