− We had to contact host for login details. Provided chaotically. Went to enter front door, front door broken, neighbor let us in. Host then advises lock busted. When in property contacted host re no tv remote. Advises missing. Host advises use set top box for channels. No remote. Host advises search cupboard. Stll No remote. Property is ok, wifi good, host is dismissive.
