10.0Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner ,we went to our room and it was so well decorated,organised and was exceptionally clean,we ordered breakfast on our last day and it was absolutely delicious,the breakfast room was decorated lovely and we were made to feel really comfortable,definitely recommend ,wonderful stay 😊

10.0My 5th ( I think!? ) stay at Woodszz Guest House, and as enjoyable and relaxing as it ever is. Kerry is brilliant. Warm and welcoming, and always there for a natter! And the single room has the best shower in Whitby and a funky new ceiling fan with loads of settings, for when the weather warms up. And WiFi that actually works! Can't fault any of it.

Very pleasant place to stay
9.0Didn't take breakfast. Nicely decorated and not too far to town centre. Nice quiet location except for the noisy seagulls, which is to be expected at the seaside!
− Bit of a hill, which didn't bother me, but my friend has slight mobility problems. However not an issue for most people who are reasonably fit.
