Perfectly fine for a short stay when you just want somewhere to sleep.
7.0Location is excellent - all of Zenica is walkable. Breakfast is filling and cooked to order though very egg based. WiFi seemed fast and worked well. Good sized bathroom.
− Outside door was locked on arrival and reqiured a phonecall for someone to let me in though this might be because the restaurant was closed at the time. No obvious litter bin in the room - there was a pastic carrier bag in a cupboard which was already full of rubbish from a previous stay.

Ideal spot if you're watching the football
10.0My night in Zenica and my stay at Motel Richi was probably a highlight of my near-fortnight-long trip around the Balkans. I'd gotten into Sarajevo in the afternoon after a long bus journey, and so I was slightly nervous getting on another bus into Zenica - into another city I knew nothing about. I was heading over to watch Bosnia and Herzegovina play the Netherlands in the UEFA Nations League. The motel is ideally situated right across from the Bilno Polje Stadium, home to the national team and a national league side, with the restaurant inside overlooking the stadium - which is directly opposite it. I was warmly welcomed and shown to my room, which was nice and toasty after a day travelling in the November chill. The room had everything I could have needed, was well-furnished, and had a particularly large and spotless clean bathroom ensuite. The price was reasonable, coming to just under £30, which I was more than happy with considering it was the night of a significant football fixture across the road. Members of the team there speak English, along with other languages according to other reviews, so you will be welcomed nicely on arrival - which goes a long way when you're travelling out to a place you know very little about. I paid in check-out in the morning, where they can take card payment, and was bid farewell with a nice question about where I was visiting from and a firm handshake as I left. Really lovely people and great hospitality.
