5.0I really like the property. I chose to go there because I like how I can get meals no matter what time of the day I need food.
− The problem at this time is related to the shortage of electricity and the gas, and the facility is struggling to handle the issue. They are not prepared to back up the electricity with a reliable generator. If the electricity is gone, the water did not reach in the room. We could not flash the toilet or do anything that needs water. One day the electricity was gone while my sister was in the shower with soap all over her body. The WiFi goes with the electricity. So now, you are in the dark, you cannot shower, or flash toilet or wash your hand, you cannot order food because they cannot cook it without electricity, the inroom phone is not working, and your cellphone is not charged. What you do is just be in bed and sleep. No life. It happened on 2 out of 3 days, and I have to look for another hotel.

9.0Das Hotel ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist gepflegt ,wird wenig genutzt und wird fast zum Privatpool.. Das Frühstucksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und hygienisch, es gibt für jeden Geschmack etwas. Und alles ist sehr lecker. Besser gehts kaum. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen.

7.0The pool area is quite nice. I would say if you want to stay here pay the extra $20 for a poolside room so its quieter. The young guy who showed me the 2 different rooms was fantastic and a great asset to the hotel. Breakfast was very good.. and staff nice - i had to pay cash because CC machine was 'not working' the VISA card sign is just for decoration I think
− I took the cheaper room road side and of course it was noisy. Also I confirmed the airport pick up the day before - they said they will be there - of course they were not, anyways i contacted them on whatsapp, they said they will come in 10 mins so of course they arrived 30 mins later, not really a big deal and I kind of expected it tbh
No much to say about this hotel, just needs more cleaning done and get ride off the cockroaches.

8.0Staff great, Good mosquito net. Breakfast hygeinic, tasty, healthy. Pool cool. Airport shuttle reliable and cheap. Could exchange money.
− Only one bottle-opener in the bar, it seemed! (Buy a beer- wait for someone to open it!)
