Auch wenn das Wetter nicht optimal war, haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.
9.0Das Haus besteht aus zwei separaten Wohnungen mit je einer Küche. Diese sind über eine Aussentreppe miteinander verbunden. Die Wohnungen liegen in der 1. & 2. Etage. Die Wohnungen sind sehr geräumig. Der See ist etwa 20m entfernt. Im Umkreis gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants.
− Direkt hinter dem Haus führt die Hauptrasse durch. Dadurch gibt es, auch in der Nacht, Lärmimmissionen. Der Privatparkplatz im Freien kostet rekordverdächtige 30 Euro am Tag. Es gibt keine Infomappe mit z.B. WLAN-Passwort, CheckOut-Zeiten, etc.

− Advertising this property as a "Townhouse" is misleading for Americans. This is two separate apartments that are on two floors. There is no view from the patio. Parking was $25 Euros per day and should have been listed on VRBO site, and had to pay in Euros immediately upon checkin. This was not disclosed ahead of time and was surprised. Laura is very nice, but spoke very LITTLE English. Nearly impossible to communicate. Only the bedrooms have A/C. Be prepared, no dryer, but there was a washer. The furniture was interesting and was not utilized the best for each apartment. The bigger dining room set should have been located in the second floor apartment which had a bigger kitchen and living space only had one couch to sit on. Had to use dining room chairs in the living room.
We loved Cernobbio Town House, even though a bit "old" and basic ... but true feeling of dolce vita!
