− Personalul nu este deloc politicos si dispus sa ajute oaspetii. Am intrebat inainte de sosire daca au statie de incarcare masini electrice si mi-au spus ca au. Au de fapt o priza de capacitate foarte mica ce nu este compatibila cu masinile mai noi de 3-4 ani

9.0Je to pekny rezort, plaze boli nadherne a mali svoje caro, velmi vkusne a krasne zariadene, resort s odovzom na plaz.
− Vytka je v zariadeni kuchyne. Ja rozumiem ze v takomto rezorte si asi ludia nevaria, ale jeden noz , pribor a taniere, s jednou panvicou je fakt malo aj ked si clovek chce nakrajat nieco vecer k vinku. Ale ja naprik tomu to bolo vyborne.

Un hotel așezat într-un cadru natural și amenajat de vis
9.0Proprietatea este spectaculoasă cu toate terenurile sale verzi de golf, așezate într-un cadru natural idilic, superb pe coasta înaltă a Mării Negre. Sunt restaurante romantice așezate la malul marii, este multă liniște și e frumos totul de jur împrejur.
− Doar ca o observație, în perioada în care am fost, o parte a personalului era nou și ar mai fi avut nevoie de ceva direcții de instruire în ospitalitate. Dar s-au străduit să fie drăguți și serviabili.
