10.0Die Lage zur Altststadt ist super! In 5 bis 10 min ist man überall. Alles ist mega sauber. Anna hilft wo sie kann. Mein Zimmer war sehr klein, was füe eine Person kein Problem war. Sie hatte eine kleine Küchenzeile, wodurch ich mein Frühstück zubreiten konnte. Es ist sehr ruhig und man hört kaum etwss von den anderen Gästen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiter emphlen.

10.0Anna is very friendly and a lovely host. We had a fantastic time in Kutaisi. Anna's apartment is very clean and chic clean. Our family had an awesome stay at her apartment. There is a space to park a car in front of the apartment. The apartment has an air conditioner which kept the room cool. This was very relaxing during our stay. Anna was super kind and helpful to us that she washed the clothes of us and our kids. This was very friendly gesture Anna. Thank you a lot for having us.

9.0Excellent location in the city centre, Comfortable rooms with cozy beds, and a very kind host. We were able to prepare our own breakfast and enjoy it on the terrace, which made our stay even more pleasant.
− We accidentally left a towel in our room, and when I returned a few hours later to collect it, it was gone. The cleaning lady had taken it to wash, even though it wasn't dirty. I wasn't happy about that. The staff were polite, but no one apologized. I believe that any belongings left behind by guests should be kept at the property for at least a day before being moved. Since we were leaving the city the next day, the situation left us with a slightly disappointing final impression.

10.0Я приехала с утра в 9 и смогла оставить вещи сразу. Когда номер был готов, хозяйка написала мне, я могла сразу заселиться и не ждать часа заселения, что было очень приятно. Чистый, уютный номер с кондиционером, как на фото. Расположение идеальное-вниз по улице и в 5 минутах ходьбы уже Колхидский фонтан, а это уже центр города и до всех достопримечательностей рукой подать. Однозначно рекомендую для жилья.
